PROPERTY INFORMATION: - If purchase, copy of Earnest Money Contract.
- If construction, copy of contract, plans and specifications and a copy of the settlement statement from the purchase of the lot.
- If refinance, home improvement or home equity, a copy of title policy or deed, and a copy of the survey.
- For all loans, a copy of the declarations page of your homeowner’s insurance.
INCOME INFORMATION: - A copy of the most recent, consecutive 30 days paystubs showing year-to-date compensation and the pay period covered.
- A copy of two prior years’ IRS Form W-2.
- If self-employed (25% or more ownership in business):
- A copy of last two personal income tax returns (IRS Form 1040) along with all schedules and K-1’s.
- If business is a partnership, a copy of the last two years’ partnership return (IRS Form 1065) with accompanying schedules and K-1’s.
- If business is a corporation or S-corporation, a copy of the last two years’ corporate returns (IRS Form 1120 or 1120S), with all schedules and K-1’s.
- A year-to-date balance sheet and income statement for the business.
- If income is derived from Social Security or pension, a copy of the annual awards letter.
ASSET INFORMATION: - Copies of the two most recent months’ statements for bank accounts and brokerage accounts.
- A copy of the closing statement from the sale of other property.
OTHER INFORMATION: - A copy of a driver’s license or other picture identification.
- If you pay or receive alimony or child support, a copy of divorce decree.
- Copies of lease agreements for rental properties.
